Here at Cadence 120 Bicycle Works, we specialize in helping you get into cycling so you can enjoy the fun, adventure, freedom and health benefits of bicycling, our favorite activity.

Cadence 120 Bicycle Works provides Mobile's widest selection of bicycles and accessories from top brands, such as Giant and Liv. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff, is ready to satisfy all your two-wheel needs.

We opened our store in 1988 and after five busy years, moved to a larger building. Then, in 1998, we settled into our current 6,000 square-foot custom-designed cyclery at 5558 Old Shell Road. We're proud of our store and work hard to make it attractive, comfortable and as functional as possible. With its open ceilings, warm colors, classy brick walls, antique bike collection and pleasing layout, it's our home away from home. Our wish is that you feel at home here, too.

Any time you're in Mobile, swing by the shop and see whats new. Browsing for the latest and greatest product is easy and fun with our organized bike parts, accessories and clothing displays. Our modern open-to-view service area lets you watch our trained bicycle technician in action in our state-of- the-art workshop. We're committed to first-rate customer service and are happy to help you find what you need, answer questions and fix problems. We can recommend the best Gulf Coast rides, like the nearby South Alabama Trails, Tammany and Longleaf Trace rail- trails. We like just talking about the latest happenings too. We are open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Of course, we fully support the cycling community by helping to sponsor SAMMBA (South Alabama Mississippi Mountain Bike Association). Our local mountain biking association. Along with the Gulf Coast Composite Mountain Bike Team. Also known as "The Dirt Sharks". An Alabama Interscholastic Cycling mountain bike league for students from 6th to 12th grade. Also, serving on the Health Coastal Connection, and on important incentives like the League of American Bicyclists' Complete the Streets program, Cadence 120 further shows the importance of cycling in the Gulf Coast region. 

Over the years our cycling passion has earned us some recognition of which we're proud. We were names Giants Top 100 Retailer in 2017. In separate contests, Bicycling, VeloNews and VeloBusiness magazines named us one of the Top Bike Shops in North America. And, we also came out on top in Anheuser-Busch's Michelob Ultra Salutes America's Best Bike Shops contest.
