Drove 1500 miles with old bike hitch and new bikes got damaged. Bought a Saris in NJ (from Florida) and enjoyed a very stable and easy to access hitch. Had a little difficulty when getting in and out of back door (Acura MDX), but was no problem with a little forethought. One design problem I would address is the inability to use a locking pin instead of the screw in pin that comes with it. That would be an improvement. Otherwise, great addition to my biking needs.
