With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via FedEx Ground or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

This e-bike features a Sutto 350W 36V brushless motor, offering 350W constant power and 500W peak power.
The pedal assist system provides 5 levels of assistance, allowing for speeds up to 20mph. The throttle also allows for speeds up to 20mph (Class 2). The range varies depending on the pedal assist level, from up to 48km (30M) in PAS 1 down to 29km (18M) in PAS 5, with a throttle-only range of 32km (20M).
The bike is equipped with a Lithium-ion 36V, 13.2Ah battery, which is UL2271 Certified. It features a 6061 Aluminum Alloy frame with an 46cm (18") size, designed to fit most riders. Stopping power is provided by M320 Mechanical Disc brakes with 160mm rotors. Shifting is handled by a Shimano 7 Speed Twist Shift and a Shimano Touring derailleur.
