With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via FedEx Ground or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

This e-bike features a powerful 750W nominal motor and a long-lasting, UL-certified lithium-ion battery.
The motor provides 750W nominal power (1000W peak) from a 48V brushless system. It offers 5 levels of pedal assist, allowing speeds up to 45km/h (28mph). Using the throttle alone, the speed is limited to 32km/h (20mph) (Class 3).
The frame is constructed from 6061 double-butted aluminum alloy and features an internal battery design. The bike weighs 34kg (75lbs) and is equipped with Serfas E-Drifter 26 x 4.0 tires and an aluminum comfort handlebar.
The range varies depending on the assist level: PAS 1 offers 40km (25M), PAS 2 offers 32km (20M), PAS 3 offers 31km (19M), PAS 4 offers 29km (18M), and PAS 5 offers 24km (15M). Throttle-only operation provides a range of 29km (18M). A rack-mounted battery is available as an add-on for double the range.
